Got this for my mother who loved it. And felt enhancement in her energy levels. It taste tasty too. A good plant based options for protein intake. It blends well in milk or water with spoon stir too.

Bad Mixability and TASTE
The product taste really BAD and chalky and doesn't feel like Plant protein at ALL, though I've tried NATURALTEIN which is really Good as compared to this oneKind of DISAPPOINTED from TATA that they launched such a below STANDARD PRODUCT in the supplement market 👎

Since i am a coffeelover i am completely for cafe mocha flavour .This product is a good choice for beginners especially as it has gut friendly probiotics .As a pre menopausal woman i want to maintain my bone densit and my muscle mass, so i do strength training and am particular about my protein intake .Tata GoFit is my saviour as it has essential amino acids along with gut friendly probiotics eliminating issues like bloating and digestive irritability.A must recommendation for women who understand the importance of protein intake in their diet.

Good stuff
The protein shake tastes okayish with water but good with cold milk. The shake keeps you full for 3 to 6 hrs. There is no artificial or added sugar - that's probably why it tastes weird, has weird aftertaste. TASTE could be improved though. But all in all. It's good.

Great taste, easy on digestion.
I hate protein powders. Finally found one that is easy on the stomach and doesn't taste like sawdust or overtly artificial sweets. Perfect composition for simple stirring with a spoon too. Doesn't depend on needlessly aggressive shaking in a specialist protein shaker. Kudos to its product team who made a classic "dude product" more relatable to women.
