I absolutely love this necklace. It has my grandsons name and birthstone and my granddaughters name and birthstone. This necklace is sterling silver. My only issue is that my granddaughters stone the silver turned black. I would say it’s my skin or lotion but her stone is the only thing out of all the silver that turned color. I polished this morning thinking it would restore it however, it did not.

Did a necklace with grandkids names and stones. Very pretty and has held up well. FYI I don’t shower with it on

Where do I even start? I bought my necklace three years ago and I wear it everyday and never take it off. It has my children’s names and their birthstones. On Sep 5, 2022, I realized that one of the birthstones had fallen off and was lost. I’m devastated because I absolutely LOVE my necklace. I immediately contacted the seller and asked if there was a way to purchase the birthstone only. Unfortunately they said no. I completely understood. I then decided that I would just purchase another necklace altogether. When they realized that I was going to do this they immediately contacted me to let me know that they were going to make an exception and send me the birthstone by itself. I know that this is outside of their scope However they cared enough about me as a customer to make an exception. I will be a forever customer and will always let everyone know how well I was treated and how professional they are. I don’t want you to think that their product is cheaply made. I am actually a fitness instructor, therefore i’m very active while wearing my necklace. This necklace has held up through vigorous exercise. I will be purchasing new items and gifting them to many people simply because of the way that I was treated. Lastly, I will not be wearing my necklace in classes anymore. Again thank you so much for treating me as a valued customer. In this world were customers are not often treated well, you’ve completely raised the bar and you’re definitely a reminder that kindness does still exist.
