Sturdy. I use it for ipad or sheet music. Can hold 15-20 pages. Great also if no podium is available when giving speeches.

Good product

I expected this to be the same size as every other music stand but it is much smaller. It is ideal for an IPad because the ledge is also small.

Very small, in a good way. Perfect for a tablet, but big enough to hold full size sheet music.

So to be clear, this review is broadly positive -- I think if you need to mount this to a desk, table, or the like to hold some documents it'll work fabulously. It works OK for my use case, which is holding sheet music for a synthesizer. However, there is no ability to rotate the holder laterally (e.g., change it from portrait to landscape), which could have been added very easily with a simple wing nut. The synthesizer is mounted at an angle for ease of playing, but that means this is lopsided no matter how I mount it.It's not lopsided enough to not work, and I honestly could not find a better product at this price point, but I wanted to explain why it's a 4-star review instead of 5.

The K&M designers did not try this product with a tablet. The holder will tilt when extended due to the poor design and low quality of the clamp. Pass on this one. An ideal clamp design (for a mic stand and shown in the 2nd picture) should support a music holder or tablet, of different sizes, level and without having to squeeze the tablet.

Lo compacto y comodo

This music stand holder is sturdy, German made, however, the design needs to be modified to accommodate keyboards with taller heights. The extension to the holder is quite short and would work if you have a second tier tubing to attach to, but it will not clear the keyboard if you try to attach it to the tubing the keyboard is sitting on. The width of the music stand is also too narrow to accommodate larger music books. I will still keep it as I may have future use for it on another setup that has a second tier system.
