Very good nursing textbook on leadership. Extremely well organized and well written. Easy to read and understand. Important topics covered.

Book arrived quickly, condition was intact and all pages were there. Little small tears and wear but held up.

I should not have had to buy this book.
I was forced to buy this book. I did not want to.I was renting the eighth edition, which is what my class called for, and was supposed to be able to use it until April. I had been using it on Kindle for PC. Suddenly, about 5 days ago, I was unable to open it on Kindle for PC, which is where I read it, since this book only displays the entire page, no matter how small a screen it is viewed on. So now, because I waited to see if Amazon could fix it, so I can finish my homework, I had to give up and just buy the new one, so I can get my work turned in on time, Lovely. I hope they reimburse me for the remainder of the rental time on the eighth edition since I am unable to use it on my PC. Is it possible that the eighth edition started having problems when the ninth edition came out? The support guy tried everything! He was awesome, but this is getting frustrating. They are supposed to be working on the problem with the eighth edition rental, but it still isn't working, as of midnight Saturday night. Anybody ever hear of anything like this?

Good value!
This was a textbook rental for my BSN class. It arrived in good condition as described. Saved me a lot of money instead of purchasing.
