Seals Coastal Tour Kayaking Spray Skirt

I ordered one of these to use for day paddles in my Current Designs Caribou. I like it. I have neoprene skirts but for a couple of hours on relatively calm waters this is easier to use and more versatile. I've had waves breaking over the boat and it keeps my dry. I like the little compartment on the front, I keep my waterproof camera there (with a float on it, it still fits. If I need to reach my water bottle inside the cockpit, it's easy to work a hand through the side and down into the cockpit.Seals products have been high quality for a long time. I have a Seals skirt and a cockpit cover that are 15 years old and have taken a lot of abuse, and are still 100% functional.

This is my first purchase of a Seals spray skirt. I have a Wilderness Systems Tempest 165 and needed a skirt for open water day trips in the Great Lakes region. This spray skirt is easy to put on, watertight and comfortable. My boyfriend bought the Seals Adventure model spray skirt, and I can say that for 10-15 more mine seems worth it. Before this skirt I owned a pelican rec skirt that was nearly impossible to keep tight and even more impossible to use on trips. I would definitely recommend the Coastal spray skirt.
