Don't make your hair greasy and seems to be good quality. Only downside is you don't get a lot considering how much you pay. It does make your hair soft and smell nice but I would say that there is better ones out there much cheaper. I bought an extra one during black Friday as reluctant to spend £30 on hair oil.

I really, REALLY like this hair oil! I have avoided using hair oils in the past because I have very fine hair that is easily weighed down but I am converted. I use one pump (shoulder length hair) when it's damp (after heat protection spray) and it disappears into my hair, leaving it incredibly soft, without being heavy or greasy. I have noticed a real difference in the condition of my hair since I started using it. It's quite expensive but it will last for ages, a little goes a long way, so it's reasonable value for money.

My daughter-in-law recommended L’Oreal Professional Metal Detox concentrated oil for dry hair. (Her hairdresser had recommended it to her.) I’ve been battling with fly away dry hair since the menopause and I must say that this is the best product I’ve tried AND it detoxes your hair as well. It softens brittle dry hair and brings back the shine and in the process there is no sign of oiliness although I was warned not to use too much. For me, I use 2-3 drops on my fingertip which I spread over the fingertips of both hands and, as evenly as possible, spread through my hair. Works for me. I now have to clear my bathroom shelves of years of shampoos and conditioners I’ve tried! PS it smells nice too.

I have fine, fly away hair & this product really helps smooth it down. It also seems to protect my expensive hair colour from fading and smells lovely. Beware not to use too much as it can drag your hair down with it being such a concentrated product. If it’s used sparingly it works a treat.

This is my number one hair care product. I mostly use this as a heat protection product. I have long thick hair but I find 2-3 squirts, rubbed between my hands and then applied to my ends moving up to the mid section is ideal. I then follow up with a brush through before drying. Once dried my hair smells divine, feel soft and has a nice shine to it. Occasionally if I touch up my hair in the evening I will add a bit as a finishing product to give it that extra boost as it always makes my hair look and smell, fresh and styled. I am now on my 2nd bottle and almost ready to pre order my 3rd as I don’t want this to sell out when I am in need!

Ihave fine curls that are bleached, i have used them all all the serums, so tried this one, it seems to soak in hair which i suppose is good, but i didnt see any improvement in my curls, ive used better and half the price, i took it away it lasted 10 days lol so its expensive for long term use

I have natural hair and started using this oil along with the Metal Detox shampoo and mask, and it has completely upgraded my routine. Even though my hair isn’t colored, I still notice the difference: it helps protect against heat damage and minerals from water, and it really reduces breakage. The texture is lightweight, the scent is pleasant, and a little goes a long way, so the bottle lasts a good while. If you already use the Metal Detox line, this oil is the perfect finishing step. And even if you don’t, it works great as a heat protectant and shine booster for healthy, smooth, natural hair. I’d definitely repurchase!

Llevo ya más de 2 semanas usando Metal detox oil de L'Oreal, he notado que me ayuda a conservar por más tiempo el color de mi cabello, suelo teñirlo aproximadamente cada 3 o 4 meses para retocar y conservar el color, para la siguiente ocasión creo que podré prolongar más el tiempo entre tinte y tinte porque mi cabello no luce nada descolorido y maltratado. En este sentido, lo he notado más brillante y con menos quiebre en el cepillado, también menos áspero al tacto. El producto tiene una textura ligera y manejable, no grasosa que permite usarlo diariamente, además de un delicioso olor a naranja. Si suelen teñir su cabello, en verdad tienen que probarlo y hacerlo parte de su rutina. Lo recomiendo 10/10
