Everything waa great.

My fiance and I love doing puzzles, and so we decided to start making all of our pictures into puzzles. When we finish it, we will glue it and hang it up. This will be my 4th puzzle that I have purchased through here and we have been super happy with each finished product.

I ordered the puzzle and it came back to me fast! Also, it was SO fun to do! I was a little concerned that it would be pixelated as it was just a picture from our cell phone but it was clear and perfect! We have now frame it and have it hanging in our house. Thank you

Very hard. Partly due to my choice of picture. Lots of repeat patterns in cut. Whole cut pattern is a mirror image, meaning top left piece is same shape as bottom right, ect. So there are 2 each size piece through the entire puzzle. Biggest problem and most annoying, is after 3 weeks of it sitting on a table and finally completing, 2 pieces were missing. The missing pieces were exactly the same size (mirror image). An obvious error in the cutting process. I messaged the seller over a week ago a have recieved no response. My plan was to mount the puzzle for a wall hanging but not with missing pieces. If it werent for missing pieces I'd give 4 stars.**Update. Company has sent missing pieces, plus 998 extra, all put together so I didnt have to search for them. Showed several days at my doorstep after writing this. If company had only told me I would have never written negative review to start. Totally redeemed. Stars updated.

The puzzle came out good ultimately. But the pieces are cut smaller and less thicker than the puzzles we were used to. Also some pieces were not clean cut in that we had to cut them apart with blade. There was always a chance that we might cut a bit more on piece than on the other. A few pieces came apart at their seams and we had to glue individual layers to level them with other pieces. Eventually it all came out good despite the frustrations.The prints were great, no complaints. Attention to piece cutting and thickness is called for in Quality Control.

It met my expectations and we are happy with the purchase. It would have been nice if the puzzle was just a bit thicker for qualities sake, but this is not a complaint that it was too thin. If we stuck pieces together that didnt actually belong together - it didnt ruin the pieces when pulling them apart (as long as you are careful and take your time in doing so). My picture was taken with a Samsung Galaxy S7 and the print quality of the photo onto the puzzle was as good as I could have expected it to be. Overall happy and would purchase again.

We love this puzzle. It is challenging but doable. The random cut of the pieces adds interest. We love having a puzzle from a picture we took on vacation. The good memories add to the experience of doing the puzzle. Even though it is made to order, it didn’t take very long to arrive. Very happy with this puzzle quality and service. Will be ordering more from them.

The puzzle pieces are thin. Some of the pieces fit in the wrong spot. Hard to finish the puzzle that way.
