I bought these because I saw an ad on instagram so of course I had to try it to see if I am lucky enough to have some improvement with my postpartum hair loss. I’ve only been using them for 5 days so I can’t say whether or not they work but the packaging is on point. Small enough to fit in your purse or just take a strip with you on the go. They are literally delicious! They have a fruity flavor and look like a Listerine strip but taste so much better. They are so easy and convenient to use due to the size and just overall brilliance of packaging. I think it’s a great value for the money you spend as you get 30 strips in a box. I am very tempted to subscribe and save on this one. Each strip contains 680mcg folate and 10mg Vitamin E and 10,000mcg Biotin so they pack quite the punch for their tine size, let’s hope it helps!

I used to use Nutrafol and take biotin and not much changed. After only about 6+ weeks I noticed less hair in the drain, stronger feeling hair, and now months later I have serious regrowth! this is incredible since I am in my mid 50s and nothing else has worked for me. My hair is noticeably significantly thicker and it is growing in in the front as well. I am no longer on Nutrafol, it was more expensive and I never loved it. The taste is great and it is low sugar. I love them as do several of my friends who have also seen quick and ongoing results. THANK YOU this has changed my hair!

Love these! Most vitamins make me sick. These do not!! They taste great! I keep several all over the place/ bathroom- car- travel bag. They are tiny, don’t melt and because so portable, I rarely skip a dose!!

I started using these because I love the idea of a supplement going into the body faster and avoiding any unnecessary issues related to any GI problems because it doesn’t go through the GI system. After using them for a month I’ve noticed much less hair in the shower. It has decreased the amount of hair fall by at least half. They really do taste amazing and I haven’t noticed any side effects. I’ll continue to use them for awhile to gage if they are beneficial after several months. The downside is the price, it’s a bit high for a one month supply. I usually don’t do the subscription option when I first start using a product because I want to make sure it does what it claims to do first.

I'm on my second month of these. They taste really good and leave a pleasant aftertaste in my mouth. I'm in my 50s and my hair has gotten thinner with menopause. I'm starting to see more baby hairs on the top ends of my forehead. I'm also noticing my nails growing faster. Also, I had an injury to my big toenail and the nail had to be cut back very far. Hopefully this will speed up the healthy regrowth of my toenail too. Toenails grow very slowly, so time will tell. I like not having to swallow more supplements because I already take a lot. I do wish these were less expensive though. They're definitely not budget friendly.

I thought I’d give these a try as a fun alternative and with the beauty industry hype. But almost immediately after letting one dissolve on my tongue, it upsets my stomach! And remains feeling uneasy for the rest of the day. I tried these for 5 days just to make sure it was the strip and nothing else; and yes it definitely the strip. Will not purchase again.

I’m almost done with a box of these. First off, I hate the flavor, but I hate strawberry anything so take that with a grain of salt. I wish it would dissolve faster than it does. It tends to sit on your tongue or move to the roof of your mouth and kind of stick there. I end up swallowing it a lot. My nails feel a bit stronger (though they break regardless) but otherwise I’m not sure if it’s actually done anything.

Use this daily for over a year mychair& nails are again healthy easy on purse!!!
