EXCELLENT accessory for any Griller!!
As other Reviewers have noted, these gloves are FANTASTIC! I bought a pair for my grill-loving husband, who used them regularly when grilling on his Traeger grill. He recently bought himself a flattop Blackstone Grill and he’s utilizing his Rayocon BBQ Grill Gloves even moreso.I don’t recall if caring/washing instruction for the INTERIOR cotton lining accompanied the gloves or not when we received them (I’m guessing they did and maybe we’ve misplaced them), but if I had any “qualms” about this product it would be that: how to properly and effectively clean the INSIDE cotton lining of the glove. After my husband has used these gloves almost daily, for over a year now, we’ve noticed some what-looks-like tiny mold spots beginning to build up on the inside that we haven’t been able to remove. I don’t store bleach in my home, as I prefer not to use it, but if all other efforts fail then I will. But do not let this portion of my review detour you from making a SUPERB purchase on these gloves. They’re truly GRAND!

My son loves these when he's cooking outside on his barbeque.
I bought these gloves as a present for my barbecuing son. They were the perfect present for someone who's hard to shop for. He just loves these gloves, especially when handling hot things in his barbecue and new smoker. Two wins: loves the gloves and they were just what he needed.

Not bad
I was looking for gloves to use for work because I clean hot grills at work. The gloves the restaurant use are thinner and easier to use, but these really do keep my hands from burning up. Once you break them in it’s less difficult to grab things. The protection is great. I recommend the longer size just to cover more forearm. I will say though, once the gloves get hot your hands will suffer.

Easy breezy
I bought these as my oven mitts. Although different than the typical look, I was wanting something that would easily rinse off and have better grip. As someone who is prone to burning themself, I wanted high temp and maximum grip so I can stop dropping things. This solved my problem! I will say, they are a high temp glove, however if you use cast iron these gloves aren't invincible. They have not burned me, but you can't hold on to the item for a long period of time not expecting the glove to warm up. They do a WHOLE lot better than regular oven mitts though and as I have gotten them greasy and dirty, they clean SO good by just putting your hands in them and washing them at the sink like you do your hands. I will rebuy these someday when I need to. So glad I switched!

I scoured the land for a glove to lift fire bricks up, with actual fire underneath...
Compared to the silicone nibbed style gloves, this is rather clumsy, lacking flexibility in give. It's for course grained movements; where the plastered robotic dexterity that this style glove gives is not an issue. For that, it's an advantage. The nibbed styles are popular, and boast these huge heat resistance claims; but in reality they rely on dimpled traction to diffuse the heat...flames dance, you know? Fine for hand-holding, in a static sort of way, but even holding onto cast iron handles too long, and the heat will find a way to press through the creases. This is when they abraid, the fabric dissolves, oh no, and then you're left with the bare back camel insulation blues. Both have their uses. For course direct, contact over live flame this is the superior choice for longevity and tact. For dexterous movements with a fly swatter over coals, maybe not. IT'sabitHArd tomo your fingers around in that way. A glove for practical picking up things, and not agile movements. The price seals the deal. It's a steal. A better deal here than on Ebay, Rayocon gotta say, got it going on..This review is 100% accurate and true..This said, I've yet to ever found a glove that could last exactly forever. Be reasonable in your expectations, and you'll see that it's not smart to splurge for more. Why would you? It does what it says, but probably not forever.Quality far exceeds what I expected. Nice and plastery, I'm ecstatic.!.;,.

Bad smell inside the gloves
These gloves work really well when pulling apart pork after smoking the meat. The only downside to these, are that the inside of the gloves smell horrendous. After using them, my hands have the bad smell until I am able to wash them. Not sure if this is the materials used to manufacture it, but it smells like something died inside…

Great protection from the heat!
These BBQ gloves really do what they say - protect your arms from high heat. I used them to stir huge pots of boiling soup for a community meal where we needed to make soup for a very large number of people. I've done this for several years in the past and always ended up burned from boiling water. No more burns now that I have these gloves!
