Will not be buying these again , add said 8 to 13 , more like a 10 . Other than that they are well made . Would have sent them back but I stuck them in some shoes to try . Will be passing them on to someone with smaller feet .

Holds up good and I would buy again.

Threw away almost instantly not worth the money. Didnt fit my shoes bought a size 13 to match my shoe size and it was to small for my shoe almost 3 sizes.

These inserts were crap! They come with an additional arch apparatus in which you decide where to place it in the shoe. In stead of returning, I threw them out.
