Wow what a waste of my money. The spray leaks like a faucet. I've used it nearly 4 or 5 times because I mostly steam clean my tile kitchen floor. Thought this would provide that deeper clean with the detachable pads. The leak had gotten worse with each use. Sadly it's too late to return it. The spray seems to be the biggest complaint of others. Should have listened to buyers. It will likely be sent to the garbage dump unfortunately.Added:I use the mophead and a separate spray bottle to clean the tile just to get some use from the money spent. Have never used window cleaner head.

If you use a swiffer this is a million times better! I used a swiffer for years and then I switched over to this! I love this product! It works great! Unlike a swiffer it actually picks up the little hairs and dirt that are left behind after sweeping! The pads stick well and are easily washable! I highly recommend this product!

Product did not come with the proper cap for the liquid cleaner container (it only has the one with the tube and hole in the cap for cleaning windows/walls/etc.), so if we use it as a mop it leaks the cleaner mix all over the floor... Overall build quality seems nice, and the number of attachments would be a good feature if we could use them.

I bought this because I like the idea of being able to use my choice of cleaning solutions in it. It works fine, as long as you keep it upright. If you tilt it too steeply, however, it leaks. Considering that, i don't think that it is a viable option for window cleaning.UPDATE: Moppet is going to replace my unit. Will advise how the 2nd one works.

This product is by far the worst mop kit I have ever used. After 1 use, the trigger sprayer is not working. The kit came with no packet of instructions, so I pretty much had to play it by ear on the assembly and usage. I am going to see if Amazon would let me return this monstrosity, if not I will just chuck it up as a loss. Very cheaply made product, I should have stuck with a brick and mortar big box store.

Cheap! First one broke after maybe a month of daily cleaning. Although I did order again to give this company the benefit of the doubt. I just received my second one today and within maybe 15 mins of using it broke in the same spot. The handle where where it connects to the middle section before the bottle. Don’t buy this unless you plan on using once. For the $10-15 extra dollars buy the Rubbermaid Reveal. The pads that come with this one fit on the Reveal.

Use this at work in a salon instead of a mop bucket and traditional mop.This makes mopping the floor so much easier. We use Fabioso as you can use any product you want.All attachments were included. Very happy about this product and the price makes it a steal.

wish it sprayed downwards more and it leaks... smh. did the job and love all the attachments that came with it for the price so i can't complain much.
