can this be used for inside plants?

Hi! Thanks for you question. There are not holes in the bottom of the tray to allow for water to flow out- and if water would sit in it for extended amounts of time, it will rust over time If you are putting plants that already are in their own vases/jars together in the tray for a centerpiece- like we did with a bunch of cute succulent jars- that would work and is so cute! You just need to have a plan for where/how the water drains if you are putting plants in it that you will be watering regularly. Hope this helps!

Eould it be possible to bend thehandles up to stack another one on top ?

Is this big enough to soak feet in?

Hi! Thanks for your question. I do not recommend filling this with water and using as a tub. It is designed to be used for decorative purposes and storage. The handles are burnished metal and will rust. The tray will rust over time with prolonged exposure to water, similar to how all galvanized metal performs. Hope this helps!
