These shorts are plus-sized woman approved! There were so many things to LOVE about these shorts: - The material was very nice - They were thin material thickness and stylish. Felt very ok trend. - They had so much give/room in them. - The band is very stretch and does not twist I’d buy these again in a heartbeat. Excellent job!

I really wanted to love these MakeMeChic plus-size scallop trim shorts because on the hanger they look so chic. The scalloped edges are adorable, the material feels soft, and the elastic waist makes them easy to pull on. They’re also nice and flowy, so in theory they should be perfect for warm weather. Unfortunately, the fit just didn’t work for me. Even though I ordered my usual size (1XL), the waistband felt a bit awkward and the cut didn’t sit as nicely on my hips and thighs as I expected. The fabric also wrinkles pretty easily, which made them look less polished after a couple of hours. If you’re shaped differently or don’t mind doing a quick press before wearing, these shorts could still be a cute, affordable option. For me they were more of a miss, but I can see how they might be perfect for someone looking for a breezy, scallop-detail short for casual outings.

These are really cute. The color is great. I did find them to be really comfortable. However, these are pretty much see through so you have to be careful what you wear under them and the material feels very very thin and could be a bit better quality. I will keep these as I think they’ll serve well in the humidity when I travel to the Caribbean, but I think that these could be better.

I understand fast fashion and the economy being in the state that it is, but the fabric on this short is completely see-through. The color, fit & design are lovely, but the fabric is so thin it is transparent. It may work for the beach or the pool as part of a cover-up, but that is not the purpose I bought it for. Having to put a short underneath doesn't really appeal to me either. I ended up giving it away because I didn't see myself wearing it at all.

The shorts are very cute and they fit as expected, but you can tell as soon as you touch them that the material is no good and will rip easily.
