This works way better than Biotine, and it lasts all night. One tube lasts me a month (so two months for a box of two).My dentist recommended this, saying most of her patients like it. Personally I think the flavor is too strong—I’m not a fan of mint—and it’s a little zingy, like cinnamon, which was unexpected the first night. But overall it’s a big improvement over waking up during the night with my tongue feeling like a block of wood.I’m sleeping better and am far more comfortable. So in spite of my flavor preferences, I still give it 5 stars. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I had been getting Biotene on the advice of the dental tech in my orthodontist's office. She suggested using this at night when I use my Invisalign retainers. At first I didn't like the All Day gel because it was goopier than the Biotene, but I quickly realized that it works much better and sticks around longer. I will continue to use this. (Plus it's cheaper than Biotene.)

This is simply an excellent product. It lasts for hours. It also has a top that flips open which is important when it is in the middle of the night. I highly recommend this product for dry mouth.
