In a wild series of events, I lost my phone somehow on the side of the freeway an hour from my home. My mom called my brother when she was alerted that my phone had detected a crash and called 911 but my brother and I were safe in the car, confused. When we turned around to get it, i found my phone on the opposite side of a 4 lane road in the median in tall grass. The case had mysteriously disappeared BUT THE PHONE WAS UNSCATHED! Not a single scratch! Our working theory was a semi ran over it somehow popping off the case but based on the crash detection, my phone was likely run over AND SURVIVED BECAUSE OF THIS CASE

Purchased this case for an iPhone 14 in September 2022 it is now November 2023 lasted for over one year, the case was great dropped it off from a 6 foot ladder on ceramic tile phone did not crack or break. Also got wet and held up. Did have to open up case to dry off some moisture that was inside but phone was protected. Until now the buttons for volume and power button are now breaking. When I first reviewed this case, I gave it four stars, but I thought about it and I did have it for over a year, so really can’t complain. It held up and protected my phone. looked around for other cases and was not satisfied so I went ahead and purchased again, especially for the coupon that came dropping the price which was satisfying enough for me. Hopefully this case will last longer than the first one. The volume for the phone in the case will be lower, but your phone is completely encased and protected from water and debris from entering. I do maintenance and construction work. I am happy with this case. not so expensive like outer box. highly recommend.

First case arrived cracked. Amazon is replacing it so I can send the original back. But I’m wondering if I should even bother keeping the replacement. I mean if it arrived damaged, what does this say about the quality of it?It didn’t appear to have been used and the shipping box wasn’t damaged.I just bought the iPhone 14 and I obviously need to prevent it from getting damaged after spending nearly $1150.00 for the 512GB. I have never broken or damaged any of my smartphones over the years so I’d like to continue. Especially because I bought this one to have enough storage and to last many years. I don’t buy a new phone every year or two when a new one comes out. Therefore it’s needs to be in a good case. The only reason I bought this kind was because it’s supposed to be 100% protected. Then I just read a review right before writing mine, that someone submerged their phone In water to test the case out. I’m sorry but that’s idiotic if you ask me!! Why would anyone even risk that?!?! Now a $1000 phone is ruined by a $25 case…. Needless to say, don’t ever do that!!! Or test it a different way. Google it!Another thing that i just recently noticed is that this case blocks the sound of my alarms! I woke up for work 2 hours late because I couldn’t hear it. My volume was all the way up so it wasn’t because of that. Also if your recording something, there is SO MUCH NOISE in the background!! And it sounds very muffled!!I HIGHLY SUGGEST MOVING ON AND PICK OUT A DIFFERENT CASE!!! Save yourself the Trouble and aggravation.

I got this product for my iphone 14, I am notoriously clumsy all the time, and I used to drop my phone in high school way more often than I should have, so I got this just in case. It works well, all the potential ways for water to get in are covered either by thin layers of plastic over the speakers or this thin silicone like film on the ringer button, I also like that it has a raised edge for the camera and also plastic covering the lenses themselves. The only downside is the screen is difficult to tap and texting for the first 2 weeks was a nightmare because i would have to tap really hard for the phone to recognize that I was tapping it, because the screen on the front and back is made of plastic/some sort of see through material. Also it makes your phone record audio really poorly so it literally sounds like I'm mid battle, especially if I am holding the phone in my hand since the speakers are covered by the thin plastic, and it picks up your finger movement. Also the silicone like material over the ringer button I am constantly afraid that my nails will break it, since you really have to dig in there to get the button to move, it will likely tear with usage. I did really like the little wrist thing that comes with it so you can hang your phone from your wrist, Overall not bad, I'm not super picky, but if the audio and the tapping the screen really hard will bother you I don't recommend it. I personally wouldn't buy it again, but since I already bought it I will use it until it gets super worn ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Great phone protection, Easy of installation and great design

I received this phone case 5 days ago. Seemed super sturdy upon initial review. Once installed and used the level of audio seemed to be less, or at least distributed differently. Didn't think much of it, because it was still working, just muffled. Well today it fell off of my couch onto my vinyl flooring and left this crack. The fall DID NOT crack my actual phone, thankfully. I guess I'm just a little bummed that it protector broke after just one fall. Personally, I will not be getting another one, but that doesn't mean that you people shouldn't. But.......addding the weird volume issue, not a big fan.

I got this case in February. It’s been alright except the lock and volume buttons all fell off and it sucks to hit the buttons. I tried gluing them back on but it’s just not holding up. My lock button is just a glob of hot glue and electrical tape now and you have to press it quite hard. I don’t think I would trust it to go under water at all.

Great for the price! Lasted 6-9 months
