A good item. We used for warmup. Others use too cool.
Actually we used this as a warmup pad for tummy: very usefull - 15 sec in microwave and it got the right temperature it cept for 20-30 minutes while the kid was falling asleep. So yes, useful purchase.Wasn't used for breasts. No need / a bit clumbersome.

Best for clogged ducts!
I’m an oversupplier and get a clogged duct about every other day. These things have saved me! I just warm it up (and I love that it literally only takes 13 seconds to do so) and put it in my bra over the clog location about 10 mins before pumping. Then I reheat it another 5 seconds and I pump with it in my hands free pumping bra. While massaging under it. I’ve yet to have a clog this couldn’t get rid of! (And I’ve never been able to get rid of one using the haakaa/epsom salt trick)
