Received computer very fast. Shipping and packaging was excellent. Computer had issue, called Customer Support, they quickly determined it was a defective component and arrange to have it returned. Replacement was shipped very fast and I was up and running with new computer. No issues thus far. The computer itself is very fast. The 64 MB Ram is worth the money. 1 TB hard drive, excellent graphics and large touch screen makes this a very impressive computer for a great price. Very happy with the purchase and the sellers support after the sale.

The laptop arrived on schedule and is exactly what I was expecting.

It is a good thing I have another computer in the house because I couldn't find the power switch. (My old Dell had it on the edge), this one has it on the Function key row, and it's not at the end, but several keys in). The computer arrived with no quick-start instructions of any type and I had to look it up on the Web. Other than that (and the reason I have only 4 stars and not 5) it is lightning fast compared to my old laptop that had very little RAM. This one, with 64 Gigs, is perfect for what I do when we travel and it boots almost instantly. One odd thing: The power cord is fabric covered, the way the old cords were in the 1940s and 1950s (if not before).I'm not a touch screen user, so I haven't rated that. It is too early to rate battery life. It isn't very heavy, but I am hoping Santa brings me a nice fabric carry case for it this year.I had it on for several days (plugged into power) and checked for heat on the bottom. It was quite low.

I really wish I had spent my money on another computer. I absolutely hate this computer! The keyboard keeps locking when I’m using it and the only way to unlock it is to restart it. That means saving all the projects I’m working on just to restart the computer to unlock the keyboard! I’ve been dealing with this issue since day one and I’ve never been so unhappy with an HP product. The battery life sucks too b/c it’s drained in a matter of a couple of hours. And tech support is no help b/c they couldn’t even tell me how to unlock the keyboard! I had to get the information from YouTube! I will be replacing this computer really soon! Extremely disappointed

Not even a year and the laptop is already broken. I only used it for les than 5 day every month and for a couple of hours. I contacted hp and they are charging me now 450 to fix what should have warranty. They are saying is accidental damage or no warranty. I know there is no damage pk i dont use the computer at all. Dont buy this crap. Get another brand. HP s...ks

Very fast, noisy fan, terrible battery life - 3hrs at best. I wouldn't buy it again for now I will persevere with it...

Old school, prefer a manual.
