ice pack for shoulder

I've had a shoulder replacement 15 urars ago. I regularly go to the gym and some day are worse than others for my shoulders. This shoulder ice harness works great! It's a fitted "blue ice" pack. You can form it around the inflamed areas nicely. Stays real cold, long enough for an effective result. WORTH THE PRICE

The Permade Shoulder Ice Pack has been a huge help in the rehab of my shoulder. It provides excellent cold therapy and really aids in reducing inflammation and pain after my exercises. The ice pack stays cold for a good amount of time, which is great for longer sessions.However, it is a bit bulky and doesn’t always lay completely flat against my body. When it’s frozen, it can be a little awkward to position comfortably. But over time, as the ice pack starts to warm up, it becomes easier to adjust and fits better.Overall, it’s a great product for shoulder rehab and recovery. It’s not perfect, but it definitely delivers on its promise of effective cold therapy. I’m happy with it!

Quite heavy once it is frozen, but completely maliable and forms to your shoulder. Immediately calmed the pain with cold comfort!

This ice pack itself is absolutely amazing. It gets extremely cold and hits all the right places on the shoulder and arm, right where it is needed. It stays cold for a very decent amount of time and the material on the side that makes contact with your body is super soft. However, the arm portion is not at all user friendly if it is your right arm that is injured. The band that secures the icepack in place on the shoulder is cross functional and easy to adjust for both left and right side. The arm band can only be adjusted from one side. If you cannot move your right arm, you cannot secure the arm band by yourself. If you are using it on your left should it is fine.

I like this shoulder cold pack. At first I used the softer side, but it did not chill my shoulder enough. I then used the smoother side and it works great. The straps are very long and easy to put on after the first or second time. I am a tall woman, size 8-10 (medium). I have to apply some pressure to the pack at the top of my shoulder to get it to touch my skin (or shirt) or else it sticks up a bit and doesn't administer cold to the top of my shoulder. It gets cold very quickly in the freezer and is cold every time I use it throughout the day. I love the plastic bag it slides into for storage in the freezer. It makes the pack very easy to handle.

I fractured my Right Arm / Shoulder & I have been in pain for weeks ;( This Shoulder Iced pack is Excellent & Releives my pain & Very Comfortable to Wear & Last like 30 mins Wether Hot or Cold ! Highly Recommended !

Works good like you can use hot.or cold. The only down fall is the arm strapis difficult to use.
