Not 100% rigid but sturdy enough for almost anything.

Love these for the look & feel. I use to use black plastic gloss clipboards but they wear out very quickly. These aluminum ones won’t disappoint!

Not terribly expensive. But also not a cheapy product. Worth the price. (Like so many products from China with a lesser price.)

This is the third time I've ordered these. The first set arrived as described; a good quality metal clipboard. I reordered more and the second set arrived and are plastic. They are gray in color but you can flex the clip board so that it's almost folded in half. I returned them assuming they'd shipped the wrong item. but the replacement is also Plastic.

The product description says aluminum and aluminum plate over and over for the description, but the only thing aluminum on this clipboard is the clip. The board is flimsy plastic.
