If I could, I would give this negative stars. It is too expensive for what you get. It is just 1 tiny square strip of product inside a plastic cartridge. The plastic cartridge is NOT vented to allow the fragrance of the product to flow. Luckily, I own a pair of scissors for trimming eyebrows. I had to use that to cut a small piece out of the cartridge for it to work

Not noticed much difference since using these. Have got 3 plugged in around the bungalow. They have been in a week now .

I’m sorry to say that the didn’t help at all with my cat’s anxiety. Actually it was quite a lot worse, although I don’t attribute this to the plugs necessarily. Won’t be buying refills Edit : although it wasn’t aimed at my second cat, she does seem more relaxed so I’ve upped the stars to three.

This is a good product and they give you an extra free 7 days if you sign up to be one of their new customers. This product though is slightly different to the others in that it's stronger even more so than optimum I would say. So it's good for a short high periods of stress but I'm not seeing the same effect from the optimum diffuser. I got it to try it as well to see if it would work with my cat. However it's early days. If you have a short-term situation this is a very good product but note the diffuser is not the same you get with the other models so that was a bit disappointing as I thought I was paying for a future usable diffuser at that price as well.

It seemed to calm the kittens down

The 7 day one is rubbish. Instructions not very clear. The 30 day proper diffuser is the best thing! Works really really well and the cat loves it. Get the proper 30 day one

Good product but doesn't last so expensive for long term use
