Great but a very strong product. I've taken high strength of ashwaghanda from other company before started to use this. Since I take this liquid form I'm extremely tired all the time, I could sleep all day. Even if I lower the amount to just some drops daily I'm feeling sleepy and exhausted. Be careful with it.

I'm type 1 diabetic and struggle daily with my sugar levels, the fatigue caused by this horrible disease and subsequently the concentration levels as a result. I have been taken this for the last two weeks and seen benefits some what immediately, its taken few days to adjust my sugar levels, as I experienced couple of times hypoglycaemia (low sugar levels) but once I adjusted the insulin it was all good to go. The biggest improvement is lack of fatigue, I feel more energised and far more concentrated while carrying out tasks at work. Like with everything there are some side effects I have experienced at the offset, upset stomach being the worst, but in my second week that had calm down and almost completely stopped, occasionally bad headache, but not sure if that is direct effect of the product. In a nutshell one size don't suit all but you got to try it to see if it works for you!

I bought this for my daughter who struggles with a lot of physical and mental health issues. Hormonal balancing and other things this plant was supposed to help with was all much needed. She took a nosedive after a few days of taking it, sadly it took me over a week to realise that her new symptoms were probably due to these new drops - cannot tell if it's the plant or this supplement. She developed severe overheating while feeling real chilly at other times. The heat is deep within and we cannot cool it with the usual methods. Her nose is stuffed at all times making it difficult to breathe. She started having panic attacks and suicidal thoughts, had the worst ever pms, and she is now terrified of sleeping because she is alone to deal with all that. Tossed the vial in the bin many days ago and she's sadly still not making much improvement, constantly panicking and she gets hot and cold still. Dark thoughts are still very constant. We are heartbroken. I have no idea why all this happened as the herb does not usually cause side effects, but here we are. We destroyed all recent achievements of hers and can only hope she will get back to normal soon. Never again.
