Perfect fit
Having just finished a really great workout I ended things with one last punch on the old heavy bag. OUCH, something went snap!Following a trip to Urgent Care, I left with a temporary cast that did the job but needed some help. TO AMAZON I WENT!!!I found this perfect fit “Boxers Fracture” brace.Tons of adjustments, short but supportive unlike the temp one for the hospital (still much love ER Doc ;-)The new brace has held up to for three weeks (another three to go 8-(Showering, driving, working out (albeit limited) and most of all sleeping has been uneventful.Well made, comfortable and priced right.

Perfect Support, Excellent Price
Fractured my hand in two places and could not find the proper splint anywhere in stores and those that where available where too expensive or wasn't covered by my insurance. This splint gave excellent support to my hand and my ring finger, elevated my wrist, and help reduce the pain. Contains medal strips that help stabilize everything perfectly. The velcro was strong and long lasting even after U washed in the washing machine. I had to wear this particular item for 6 weeks and when I returned to doctor, everything was healing well. Would highly recommend, especially those whose fracture extends to their fingers.

I bought the medium and the large size, and found no difference in the two sizes. Both were slightly large for my medium size hands. This brace is made of high end materials, but the stitching on the large one came out in the first week of wear. I used it anyway, as my claustrophobic reaction to the standard cast for my broken hand made it untenable. This brace was pretty comfortable particularly with the cotton liner provided by my orthopedist. I thought it was a bit pricy, but am thankful to have this option to the huge cast they put on in the ER.

Highly protective and comfortable, lower profile
Unfortunately for me...second purchase of the same brace, opposite hand this time. It’s the best brace I’ve found, even after a lot of research. It’s ultra protective, even for a lower 5th fracture further down the hand, I’ve used it for that as well as a boxers fracture. It replaced what would have been a cast or much bulkier brace and my doctor and orthopedic specialist were both very impressed that found and purchased it myself. One even wrote the brand down. I highly recommend it and I’m sorry ya need it!

Very Poor Seams
The splint itself works great. But the seams are very poorly sewn and rough on the skin. I’ve had to improvise with a wristband under the wrist strap to stop my skin from becoming raw

Hulk Smash
I got a boxers fracture and bought this instead of going to the doctor. 6 weeks later and my hand is good as new.It comes perfectly straight, no bend, you'll need to adjust the first time you put it on. It's very comfortable and durable. It also has thin pieces of metal to protect your hand as it heals. This was worth the price alone. I lost track of how many times I bumped into things and this brace saved me from the impact. Obviously going to a doctor is better, but if you insist on doing things yourself, this should get the job done.

worked well for what we needed.
we got this as a backup splint for my husband to wear when he broke his hand, so that he could go swimming/ work out and sweat in it. We also used it when he had to take off the splint his surgeon gave him in order to clean it. it does not form fit like the one given by the surgeon, but it seemed adequately to support him. it does take a few tries to make sure that the metal pieces in the splint are curved correctly for comfort/ alignment.

Worked.
I broke bones and fingers in hands many times. This summer hurt my hand, didnt think it was bad, but then a 7 year old shook it and i almost dropped to my knees. After that, moments of clear sharp pains which mimiced my former diagnosed breaks reoccured multiple times, didnt feel like going to the doc, but based on past xp it was a fractured metacarpal 4.Put this on for 8 weeks without removing. Used tubular gauze as cover. (cheap, helps velcro from going bad, keeps exterior clean). 9th week had this thing on and off doing my own PT, now i dont wear it, hand is as good as new, punching as if it never happend. This product is both comfortable to sleep in, doesnt hurt to wear, and protected my hand as good as a hard cast would've. 10/10*There are 2 metal supports that are removable and bendable. No damage or shrinking after washing machine. For me this was a perfect product.
