It may be edible but it tastes terrible!
This topper was not at all what I expected. The directions said to place it on the cake just before using. When the cake was cut the topper was difficult to cut. When eating the cake the topper was the consistency of paper and tasted terrible. I was using the topper for my grandson's birthday cake. We were very disappointed.
