when placing in freezer, DO NOT FOLD MESH SIDE TOUCHES, or it will stick and freeze together.
Before freezing, dry the surface of the ice pack sheets well, (must be noted: the mesh side and the mesh side do not touch), put flat (do not fold) into the refrigerator for freezing.
You can let the water evaporate, if you put the packs in an open and airy place.
This way, once they are thinner, you can fold them and store them in the freezer until the next time you need them.
Step1: Fill a Container With Water.
Step2: Put it in Water Mesh Side Down, Absorb water automatically.
Step3: Soak for 3-5 minutes.
Step4: Dry with Towel.
Step5: Freeze more than 6 hours.
