Q: I've used the diffuser for 1 day and had to turn it off due to the smell of burning plastic. Is there something wrong with my item or is this normal?

Definitely not normal!!! In fact sounds dangerous… I would contact the seller.

No. There is a faint scent from it, but not burning. If you've been using it for a while, just be careful in case there's no liquid left in the diffuser.

Q: Has anyone else found the plug in is empty within 5 days of starting to use it? I'm having to return the item for a refund

Yes I bought mine on Friday and it had ran out by Sunday so it’s a complete rip off and must be either faulty or just crap. Sent it back for a refund so I can get a better quality one like pet remedy
