2nd Update: I have tried to deal with the seller regarding the warranty this phone is suppose to have on it and this seller REFUSES to honor the warranty they have emailed me several times saying it’s not their problem. First time I wrote they said they don’t sell Oukitel yet I bought it from their store. 2nd time I wrote they said they don’t sell their products on Amazon, I sent them a copy of my invoice. 3rd, 4th and. 5th time I wrote they flat out refused to deal with the warranty. The FOSSIBOT STORE IS DISHONEST and does not care about their customers once they’ve sold a product to you. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. I have 2 oukitel phones, my first one was the WP16 and it was a great phone with only one problem and that was the speaker was not very loud, I was able to get 4-5 days in between charges so that was great but I hate charging electronics so I decided to upgrade to an even larger battery. This one the WP19. The WP19 looses some features that should be there. 1. When charging there is no indicator light to even show it’s charging. 2. There is no indicator light showing when it’s finished charging. You just have to keep checking. 3. Even thought the battery is more then doubled the WP16 your time between charges is only about 1/3 longer which is disappointing. 4. Some features that I personally liked are missing like being able to see the decimals put out by other peoples noise which was on one of its tools. I love that feature because I’ve had neighbors who play the music too loud coming through the walls, causing me sleeplessness and with that feature, I had 100% proof that I could screen shot they were violating noise ordinances. 5. The phone does weigh a lot double what the WP 16 did and is hard to get used too but you don’t get double the battery life on the WP19 I’m glad it works with my T-Mobile service and I tried buying their tablet but ended up with 2 bad batteries and had to return both so apparently their cell phones are much better then their tablets. UPDATE: This model is not any good, constant problems plus about 2 months after I started using it I started getting bombarded with 2 and 3 advertisements EVERY TIME I ACCESS MY PHONE and one usually is always a video that you can not exit from till it’s done. It’s been a NIGHTMARE. I’ve even turned off Google ads and it’s been 2 weeks and the ads still come on every time I enter the cell phone. I’ve even had them appear when I answer a call which is really messing things up. DONT BUY THIS MODEL OR YOU WILL REGRET IT. DONT BUY FROM THIS STORE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Of you are looking for long battery life and some good cameras this is the phone for you. If your looking for a real rugged take a beating and keep on ticking phone this isn't for you. O dropped it for the first time today and the screen chattered more so I brought it to Brazil and no one has parte to replace the screen I'll have to buy them and have them shipped here maybe by the end of December. Tomorrow I'm looking for another phone. Don't buy it if you need it to be tough it isn't

This is an iphone killer and makes a statement that you are big and manly when you make a phone call.

Very happy with the phone

I had this phone for 2 days and its HUGE and heavy, but managable. The cameras are very good, phone is quick and responsive but sadly GPS is terrible. When it works, it thinks I am on a road a few blocks left or right, then an error pops up, no GPS.. The lack of GPS working is a deal killer for me because I use it to navigate to different addresses where we do service after wew receive a customer call. I will be retiring this phone as soon as I find a suitable replacement on Amazon. Not sure what else its lacking yet, only 2 days using it.
