The media could not be loaded. This is by far the best grabbing tool that’s on Amazon. The comfort grip, and durability is undeniable. This reacher is more than 3 feet long, and of medium weight and size. I use it daily while recovering from surgery, and its a life saver. My kids can have a break for a while from me calling them to grab the remote lol.

I barely make 5 feet tall and it feels as though everything is out of reach unless you're a 7 ft tall basketball player! Higher shelves in my kitchen or at the grocery store make everything hard to get to. Couple that with a bad back that makes picking things up off the floor painful, and you have what a blessing these grabbers are. They reach all those things you need without problems or pain. The smaller one is easy to tote with you and the longer one works great at home. They're sturdy, easy to grab and hold items safely. One of the most all-around useful gadgets!

I have owned all kinds of "grabbers" from industrial grade to cheap dollar store grade and everything in between and these rate better than average. Longevity is the real key to rating them so time will tell. So far they are nice and tight with a firm grip. A positive for me is that it folds up which makes it easier to store and utilize while on my zero turn mower keeping me from having to shut down and get off the mower to remove debris in my path. The 44" is just right for this particular application, anything shorter would not work unless you are Stretch Armstrong. The 36" is good for general household use. A knock against this particular tool is the placement and power of the magnets. In my opinion they are under powered and placed too far up the clamp instead of being at the tip. When picking something up in a tight space you tend to go at it straight on and not to the side the item, using the back side of the clamp where the magnet is located to pick it up. I will likely upgrade one side to a stronger magnet and install it with some steel putty (JB Weld) closer to the tip to utilize it more effectively. All things considered, I would recommend.

This was a gift. My mother really likes it! She used it right away and was happy with the length, the ease of use, and the handy storage bag.

Longer than any I’ve used in the past. Sturdy and holds a little more weight than the average grabber. It’s still a string pulley so dont expect it to lift gallons of water or anything.

The media could not be loaded. The quality inability to grip stuff is well beyond what I expected from other ones I've tried. My only complaint is that for my size the 36 is just a little bit short and the 44 is a little bit too long to easily pick something up and put it in my other hand. Other than that this is amazing for picking up small to medium sticks and pinecones without having to bend over. It's also extremely handy to keep on the lawnmower so when I run into the stick bigger than I want to go over with a lawnmower I can easily reach out and grab it to move without getting off of the LawnmowerOverall I highly highly recommend it!!

I use this to clean up debris in my yard. It can easily grip and hold decent sized twigs and tree debris. Very secure grip and easy to squeeze using the trigger.

One gripper arrived not working properly and was returned. The second gripper was shortest of the two and I absolutely loved it! Great length and felt sturdy. Took it with me on a 2 week trip. Somewhere in the first week, the tip on one side broke off. Not sure how or where, but I was very disappointed.I would purchase again for two reasons:Return was readily accepted when one gripper did not workBecause the shorter gripper was SO helpful and the perfect size.The weight of the gripper was noticeable to me when I used it for more than 10 minutes or so at a time while cleaning and organizing. For some people this might be a concern, but really only a problem using for longer periods of time
