The PIN is normally associated with your SIM card, not the phone.

Q: wheres the battery compartment?

Not sure you can change the battery; have a little booklet that says the phone has a undetachable battery . Shows a picture that says you can’t change the battery. Try charging the battery for 30 minutes. That what the booklet said to do. Hopefully this will work!

Q: Anyone else having issues with service not working very good? Seems to always be buffering. I use t mobile and others phones work fine with my SIM

I still have the phone, are you saying your work with T-Mobile? It doesn't work on Att I took it to other providers, it was not compatible with their system.
