Box was resealed someone opened this before we got it showed pictures for proof Seat arrived damaged and defective, there is several cracks in the seat showed Amazon the pictures there is also a defect the side holes are half inch out on the one side so the seat doesn’t mount straight they are drilled wrong on the one side , Amazon shipped to my place from the next city over 30 min away to return it they want me to ship it across Canada to BC and pay $500 to ship it and will refund $3.99…. This is a joke They are refusing to honour their own return policy where it clearly says any defective or damage item they will provide a shipping label and pay for shipping but they are saying we need to pay $500 to return this item so we are out $600+ for a seat we cannot use as it’s damaged and defective unless we pay Amazon $500 to ship it back to them because they won’t honour their own return police posted on the page

This seat is actually really nice, comfortable, and supportive. However, the mounting holes in the back of mine are at different heights, so it's impossible for me to mount it without it being warped and uneven. Of course I realized this after my return window closed, so I'm stuck with it now. Beware the quality control.

Good quality seat but the metal brackets that came with the seats are bent both ways and not usable until bent back.

So far so good. I used my lumbar support from a gaming chair for it and now it’s perfect.

Love the seats bought 2 of them and they are comfortable but the color of them is not what is in the picture at all it a bright hot pink color so I will not be keeping these seats very long
