Tutti Bambini Modena Changing Unit - Grey Ash/White

Flat packs are terrible aren’t they?? Cheap materials, poorly processed tat.... not this one!!!!Couldn’t be happier, all solid materials, fit together great and not to horrendous to put together. Really very pleased with this product. Arrived a week earlier than stated as well. Great for my little lads gear and a changing mat on top.If your looking for a well made, reasonably priced chest of drawers for your bundle of joy this is the one for you.Defo buy from them again.

Tutti bambini is a well designed brand, sturdy and good quality unlike most flat pack items. Easy to assemble. I only required some help as I am 38 weeks pregnant and it is quite heavy, but that isn’t a complaint

Tutti bambini is a good make and recommend to anyone but problem was when ordered thought item was coming assembled but when arrived all flat packed think needs to be rectified on website

It's perfect height for us as most changing furniture was too high. Love the big drawers

Wrong parts sent in the box; drawer bottom unable to fit as pieces do not align, and drawers are too small for the chest. Obviously a mix up of parts.Unfortunate delay to finishing our baby's nursery, and time wasted on building most of the item before realising the error.Have contacted the company, will hopefully get a good customer service response going forward.

Followed the instructions to a tee and each drawer keeps sticking when sliding back in. I'm going to have to spend one afternoon trying to figure out what's wrong and HOPEFULLY fixing it for my wife. I'm not impressed considering the money we've paid for this product to be honest. They are using which is why it has 2 stars, but when you pay full price for a product you expect it to function how it's described!

For some reason the drawers don’t open fully on the changing unit! Has anyone else found this?

Before it was even assembled we noticed that one of the roller railings was missing. Got in touch with tutti and they sent out a new railing pretty quick, great! Upon further inspection they sent the incorrect part out, even after providing the item codes and photos to clarify. Within a few weeks the rest are now falling apart. The fixings are rubbish, i bet a wet paper bag would hold better. Drawers keep loosening and the front panel keeps coming off. The changing table frame is now falling apart, once again the fixings are terrible. Literally counting down the days till we have to fix it again.Absolute rubbish, do yourself a favour and do not buy this unit, unless you want the hassle we've had.Both me and my partner are very disappointed with this purchase and will steer well clear from any tutti bambini product in the future
