SEIKOSSK005 Automatic Watch for Men - 5 -Sports - Orange Dial with Date Calendar and Luminous Hands & Markers and Gray GMT Bezel, 100m Water-Resistant

I got this for my husband with the orange dial so he’d have something casual and different. He loved it and gets compliments every time he wears it. If you’re not wearing it the next day, you can “recharge” it by rotating the crown for a minute at night.

This was my first Seiko in some years. I am not disappointed. This watch sits well on my wrist (after adjusting the band), looks amazing and has a perfect heft to the case - not too heavy, not too light. The extra complication of the GMT hand adds to the visual appeal of the bright face and contrasting hands. The Lumibrite doesn't match the brightness or duration of glow on my G-Shock, but it's certainly adequate for the rare times you need to see the hands in low-light. The orange face helps low-light visibility even without the Lumibrite. The power reserve seems to be at least as advertised. I haven't measured +/- time keeping yet, but seconds aren't that important to me when wearing this good-looking watch. I'll use my G-Shock if I need a super-accurate chronometer.

I knew this watch was going to be nice before I got it. I mean it’s made by seiko But when I actually got this watch in my hand and just started looking at it, I could not believe how absolutely beautiful This watch is I have a couple offbrand watches that are pretty nice watches and cost a pretty penny also and when I tell you, it doesn’t hold a candle in the wind to This watch I mean it this watch literally has me addicted to collecting watches that much more most definitely will be a repeat customer. For a fully automatic GMT from a reputable brand it will be really hard to beat this deal. Seiko manages to put this out there at a great price with quality that easily rivals watches that double the price. The bracelet is often criticized but then again, at this price the bracelet is just right. Great deal!

First impressions upon opening the box - “it’s small”. Love the color and watch itself - just the size seems smaller than the 42.5 advertised. Feels @ looks more like a 40. We’ll see if I end up keeping it. 4*’s because of the size that’s a bit misleading. I have other 42’s and they don’t look this small.

Nice addition to my watch collection. I didn't have any orange face and figured it's autumn so why not. I didn't need the GMT hand but then again my other watches didn't have that feature so it's something different. Plenty of room in the bands (I removed 5 of them to fit my wrist)

I am a big fan of Seiko. This watch is very comfortable, easy to adjust and preforms well in low light conditions. With it having the second hour hand it is perfect for traveling. I love Seiko dials and this one doesn’t disappoint, with an attractive orange dial that just gleams in the light.I can’t wait for more models to become available.

I bought the orange version for my husband for his 40th. The orange is really vibrant, without being a neon. The watch itself is well made and looks great on his wrist. It's a unique watch and is a great buy!
