I got these for my 2-year-old grandson who loves letters. They are so tiny he could not really pick them up or see them. They are a bit pricey for pasta.

I remember fixing alphabet soup for my kids when they were young. I found these little pastas on Amazon and decided it would be great to put them in my homemade soups. When reading the directions, I saw where it said to fry the pasta first. I had never heard of doing this. I fried it in a little butter and let it cool. When I added it to the liquid in the soup, I was greatly surprised that it didn't puff all up and absorb all the liquid. They did expand...which was good...but there was still plenty of liquid left in the soup. I was very pleased.

Love these in soups, especially Chicken soup. Texture is great and found this is an amazing addition to any soup.

I love these noodles! For some reason I can’t find them anywhere else in local store & I love using them for chicken noodle soup!
