Hi, thank you for the inquiry. Regarding the amount of noise this trainer makes, unfortunately it is one of the louder ones however I don't believe that people in your building will be able to hear it while you're training. HPSG

Does this come with the accessories to mount bike onto trainer ?

yes mine came with QR axle so you just remove rear wheel and mount - you can get adapters for thru axle too

Does this hub body work with 10spd Campagnolo?

However, it can be adjusted for Campagnolo cassettes using a TT14233, SRAM XDR with TT14279 and even Shimano MICRO SPLINE using TT14315.
