Diary quality and paper quality is best but pen not received with the same.So precaution is as below:While purchasing out of 3 color options carefully select "Black- uk" and also buy from retailer "piyubind enterprises"Passowrd reset instructions is not sent with product:You can follow below steps for resetting it:1) first try with default 000 password2)for opening diary you need to press circle button on left side.3) for resetting, just press and hold circle button to right side (do not release button untill password is entered) and enter your password which you want to set.4) dont forget your new passoword

The quality of pen is bad. The diary is good, so are the pages. If you are not careful with the lock, it will get stuck. The cost is little on the higher side.
