Excellent Hot Tub
Fabulous hot tub. Using it everyday now. Easy to set up and maintain, doesn’t loose water - no need to top up. I would recommend purchasing a floating thermal sheet to save on electricity. Excellent customer service.

Honestly I don’t have any complaints! Took about a week to arrive but seller messaged and put my mind at ease as soon as I enquired. Set up: easy peasy. Literally up and filling with water within 5 minutes. Instructions are very clear and simple. No problems at all. Filling time: took around 45 mins to fill to the max fill line- but with one person in the hottub I think I’ll add a little more water tomorrow. Heat time: I started filling pool around 1-2pm and was at a nice 38* by 10pm. The bubbles are a bit too noisy for a weekday evening so will give them a blast at the weekend. Looks fantastic, led lights aren’t too bright or too dim. Gives a nice ambience. I highly recommend this pool!

Broke after 6 weeks and was offered £30 for repair 😡 absolutely a joke

Brilliant item.
This is my second time buying one of these. Last one lasted 4 years. Absolutely love it, so do grandkids.

Impeccable customer service
Customer service is impeccable. Had an issue with bubbles not working. Was sent a replacement straight away. New tub works great. Great value for money. Great product!
