This Sandwich Cutter and Sealer works great! Includes two "cookie cutters" and a "sealer" in each of three different shapes. Easy to use: 1) Use the small cutter to cut out sandwich fillings such as meats or cheese. 2) Use the large cutter to cut two slices of bread. 3) Assemble sandwich and and press down edges using the sealing device. My kid enjoys making sandwiches using this set and best of all, she eats the entire fun-shaped sandwich! The only downside is all the left over cut off scraps. That has not been great for my diet!

The product is very good and kids love them. Easy to use and gives a clean cut. Used with vegies and bread. I have tried it on hot surfaces to cut Dosa to multiple shapes. The height of each piece helps to hold it away from the heat surface. Easy to clean and the product is shiny as received. The shapes are too many and helps to build fun food for the kids. Overall this is a great product and nice idea.

Perfect to protect little hands while making cookies.

So, first, yes you need big ol' slices of bread. I make my own bread so that wasn't an issue for me. Second, you can only put the world's tiniest amount of filling in it or it splits the bread. Works better for sandwiches with cheese and meat you can lay flat. Third, I find I have to cut the bread slices thinner to in order to really get them to seal. Also, note that homemade bread is a lot denser then store bought so that is a big contributor. My kids still love shaped sandwiches even when they aren't quite sealed into a pocket or when there is too much filling and it breaks through the bread. Ultimately we kept them and use them often.

I wanted a cheaper option compared to uncrustables peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. These cutters work great and my daughter loves the different shapes!
