Great Taste!
This is a great way to get protein quickly! After the gym or for people with liquid diets. Taste is good, and a bit tart. I like it best after a workout when I don’t feel like having a big meal!

Terrible taste.
They tasted terrible to me. I actually donated them to the surgical center for anyone who wanted to try them.

Not great for small volume, high protein needs
This is more of a concentrate. It is WAY to strong to drink straight out of the bottle. It is OK mixed in 20 oz of water. Tried this to get protein in smaller volumes after weight loss surgery. Not a good fit.
