Built well, back is hard as a rock, cushions are soft though. It’s a nice size - not to small but not large. Not something you would want to sit for an extended period on, however, it’s perfect as an office couch for someone to sit when they come in my office for a brief conversation.

We needed a couch that was durable, easy to clean and had a sleek appearance. This fit the bill. Arrived quicker than expected. It's firm, good quality. It is not a sink down into type couch. It's comfortable though. Very happy with this purchase

This loveseat was delivered last week. It’s definitely on the smaller side compared to the one that I had before which I wasn’t a huge fan of but not a big deal. What I do have a problem with is that as soon as they opened up the box the smell of this thing punched me in the face. It’s not a chemical smell (I wouldn’t care about that) But rather a repulsive mix of body odor feet and I don’t even know what. almost the smell that a trash truck puts off when you’re driving behind it. I’m not even kidding or exaggerating. The smell still has not dissipated and believe it or not you can smell it on yourself after having sat on it. It’s almost embarrassing to have in my tattoo studio as it gives the entire shop a string offensive odor. I have no idea what you guys are doing over there in the factory but please discontinuing using whatever material or process is causing this. It is repulsive!

Item arrived and appeared to be well packaged. After opening, noticed an area that had damaged material. It appears the corner reinforcement was not located properly during packaging. This resulted in some "rub through" and "denting" of the material in that area (see photos). Will contact Flash Furniture support during business hours (M-F) as there is no e-mail address on the support page. WIll update the rating upon contacting them.Update (12/9/19) - Spoke with Flash Furniture who referred me back to Amazon. Amazon offered a refund (a replacement was not in stock) or a 20% discount. I choose the discount and will repair the minor damage. Very satisfied with Amazon customer service and would recommend this Loveseat based on the support provided and the apparent good quality of the product.

A tad smaller than I anticipated, but largely it’s as pictured and reasonably comfortable. I guess only time will tell how durable it is, I’m praying that it is!

Overall fabrication of this Love Seat is very well done. The seating and back pads are FIRM. Nice medium neutral Warm Gray color. Only assembly was the legs/feet of the Love Seat and an Allen Wrench was included. Shipping was much faster than anticipated. The Love Seat was plastic wrapped on outside of shipping box. No external damage to the box noted. The shipper dropped it off at out home vertically wrapped atop a shipping palate. And......YES, I would purchase another one, maybe the couch next time?

A perfect love seat for my small living room. Most of the others I looked at were well north of $1,000! This one is well constructed and heavy. It is not a "take a nap" couch due to its small size but is perfect for a TV room or even in a business office waiting room. A couple of throw pillows and that does it! Note that the four legs are inside the bottom of the unit. They are easy to install and come with the bolts and allen wrench. Size, with legs on is 33" high by 52" wide and 28" deep.

Good product although the cushion was a little hard/stiff.During assembly, I had to search for the leg screws that were in the back of the zippered section that was loose.Although this was the scenario, the product was a great value and is suitable for use when we have overnight visitors.

Smaller then it looks
