There's a little learning curve but so worth it not to haul out a ladder and pole. I love clean windows and now I can do them anytime easily. It works great!! It came with extra pads and pieces but I do wonder about getting replacements long term. Other than that, this solved a huge problem and I'm happy with how clean my windows are, inside and out. ❤

This product scratched my window while using it! Terrible product that barely works.

I might not be doing this right, but it falls off frequently. I have a hard time getting rid of the streaks sometimes.

The product does it's job well, however it's not great at cleaning edges, and it leaves water stains, so the time spent cleaning the window can be quite long. However, for sliding windows I don't really see any alternatives, and this product does its job well enough. The instruction it comes with is not great, but the design is somewhat intuitive.WARNING, don't throw away the small black plastic thing (with chineese engraving on it)! If you have accidentally connected the magnets (which you shouldn't do), it's the only thing that can help you safely separate them!
