I bought a pair and realized how precise to the core it was! Perfect measurement from heel to toes, I would say it might be better for those that have a foot size of 6 exact. I’m in between 6.5ish and the sole occasionally slides in my shoes. But overall, great arch support for my high babes.

It also made my shoes a little too tight. I found a Dr Scholl’s product for about 1/3 the price that helped a little more that just gave the heel a bit more cushion. I think your shoes have to be really loose for this to help.

I've been having foot pain since April and several other inserts and shoes that have a lot of cushion and arch support, but these are the best yet!!! Im planning on buying a few more pairs so I don't have to constantly switch them out. Seriously...if your arches are falling or have plantar fasciitis these these inserts are great!

Always looking for good insoles..I am a big man 6' an 300 lb..most insoles I buy don't last very long..let see how long these last
