Wife Loves These Pans!
These pans are high quality, easy to clean, and look fantastic. The sizes are great, but we wished the set included one more pot to fully meet our daily needs.

A weekday workhorse
Perfect everyday pan. The handles are hefty and sturdy, the bottom is weighted and balanced nicely to sit very still while lightly stirring with one hand on a glass top or induction surface. This pan heats evenly and quickly and holds temperature surprisingly well when large cuts of cold meat or food enter the pan. This makes short work of sauteeing, simmering, braising, and just about anything other regular household cooking duties you can throw at it. Being dishwasher safe makes it even better, once the visible food particles have been sprayed or cleaned off this thing can just be popped right in the dishwasher to save tedious scrubbing that nobody wants to do after a meal. Comes out of a regular dishwasher cycle looking brand new.The only downside, and this isn't even really a huge deal but is just worth mentioning in case someone has delicate or sensitive skin on their hands, is the fact that the very outer lip edge of the pan appears to be slightly squared/angled instead of polished or ground to a smooth edge. The very edge of the lip is noticeably sharp to the touch, not enough to actually cut skin but it is uncomfortable to run your bare hand or finger over the lip of the pan while cleaning. Good thing the handles on this are top notch and minimize the amount of times you will ever realistically need to touch the edge of the pan itself. Minor detail, but it feels a little unfinished on the edge compared with how smooth and nice the texture of the handles, exterior, and interior of the actual pan are.Overall for the price point this is a no-brainer to pick up for a great all-purpose pan. Cuisinart has put out some great reasonably priced kitchen gear over the years and did a great job with this one too.

A Very Shapely Bottom I Can Appreciate Forever
Call it a mid life crisis. I found myself starting to look around for more excitement in the kitchen. I was getting tired of the same-old, same-old with the entry level unit I started housekeeping with. Thin, grey and tired, it just never performed well, but I had settled for it for a long, long time. Buying a Corvette convertible seemed too "desperate old guy-ish". And expensive. So did dating twin redheads. I felt stuck. Then one day while I was cruising Amazon, this gorgeous, shapely thing caught my eye. I couldn't stop looking. Not as expensive as a professional model, but still curvy, with the promise of many great things to come. It just seemed too easy. I was not to be disappointed. I made plans for a discreet delivery to my home, and my life has already begun to change. I've shamelessly cast away the old workhorse and put my new model through paces only a pro could handle. I can't wait to get home at night to see what we can cook up together!A guy can always hope for the ultimate and if I had one critical thing to say about my new partner, it would be the lid seems a little loose fitting, but no deal breaker by any means. The advantage of the revealing tempered glass is that you can see what's going on inside it without ever having to guess. No more dramatic boil overs like the old days. "You're just supposed to know" is a thing of the past.A little heat will go far with this unit, thanks to it's aluminum encapsulated base which keeps the heat uniform. If you've never used stainless cookware like this, about the biggest mistake you can make is to run too hot too quickly. Take the time to develop a "feel" for the pan, and you won't find yourself cursing in the morning, feeling inadequate and wishing for your old lifestyle back. The right kind of handles for when things get really hot helps keep you cooking without shifting positions and losing control. Morning after clean up is easy, just be sure to soak and scrub carefully to maintain the luster of your first encounter. Dried carefully with a towel, you'll know why you brought this beauty home to stay.

A swell little pan that will give YEARS of use!!!!
This is a GREAT pan!!! The lid fits well, and its glass-so you can keep an eye on what you are cooking, the bottom hearts evenly and quickly, and if you follow the 'hot pan, cold oil' rule, you should have a nice surface that doesn't stick AND cleans up well. While I have ALWAYS used and loved the natural non-stick qualities of the large cast iron fry pans used to cook family meals, I wanted something that could go thru the dishwasher, wasn't hard on my wrists, and was big enough to cook a whole casserole. This pan TOTALLY fits the bill.I also love that it can go from stove top to oven, and that the handles aren't long, wieldy and clumsy. They do get hot if you are cooking for a long period, like a rice or one-pot pasta meal, however they are designed well, and nicely accommodate pot mitts. This pan is also very pretty, shiny inside and out, pretty enough to display on open shelving.I just want to say that think's it's unfair to compare this modestly priced item to pans that go for 15 times as much, and then give this pan an unfair rating. I have read a lot of reviews for pans around this price, and have found a few people saying that they prefer their $350.00 french chef pan they picked up while on holiday….apples to oranges. All in all, this is swell little pan that is appropriately priced..I know I am going to get YEARS of use from this pan. The shape of this pan makes it perfect for Chicken pot pie, One-pot pasta, Shepherds pie, baked fish and chicken, enchiladas, breakfast casserole, stir fry, biscuits, and much more.

Love it!
My boyfriend loves his new pan. It cooks evenly and is nice and large. He loves to cook and this is easy to clean. Just don't use Brillo pads. Only use "bartenders friend" scouring powder!!!!! Very important!
