Everything was perfect

I've been using Nature's Bounty B-12 for two months now. I had a blood panel done recently and my B-12 levels were very good. This product is pleasant and easy to take. It works. My only disappointment with this product is that the company chooses to use a plastic bottle that is far larger than what is needed to insure the safe transport of this product. The bottle is 3.5 inches tall and the pills cover less than a half inch of the bottom of the bottle. You could make three bottles out of the plastic used for the one. This matters to me. I'm vegan for the health of the planet. It's a good quality vitamin but the packaging needs to be redesigned, preferably to a material that really can be recycled.

I've been using these now since 2020. I like them.

I assume they are working since my b-12 blood work shows I have plenty of B-12.

Taste good and easy to chew and a good deal on Amazon.

The methyl version of B12 is for people with impaired kidney function or one kidney. Most B12 vitamins are the cyancolbinamin which is not good for impaired or lessened kidney function. It's meant to be put under the tongue.

The B-12 dissolves easily and is a pleasant taste. The doctor wanted me to get one that could be absorbed in my body before it got through my stomach.

We have trouble finding the dissolving B12 locally. I have found that I can always get it here at a reasonable price.This is a doctor ordered medication. She purposely wanted the type that dissolves in the mucous membranes of the mouth.
