High quality, great design

Adjustable and well made
This truffle slicer is really nice! It has a rosewood handle and is really sharp. You can close it all the way so you won't accidentally cut yourself. You can see from my picture that it makes very beautiful thin slices. It comes with a three year warranty. I'm really pleased with this.

Multifunctional
Admittedly, I did not buy this for shaving truffles. I use this tool for chocolate and cheese. It’s one of the higher shavers that I have had. It’s sharp and slices well.

Can't wait for truffle season.
The truffle shaver is easy to adjust, and the blade is plenty sharp. I haven't had the chance to try this on a truffle, but I did use it to shave a king mushroom into paper thin slices. Hopefully, I'll be using it later in the year, to have some truffle shavings on pasta, risotto, and other dishes.
