I was looking for step ladder for my warehouse.My requirements was something foldable, with anti slip steps because sometimes I need to grab supplies very quickly and especially winter time when shoes could be wet, regular aluminium is very slippery, but with this one I feel very comfortable when I step step on it.This one was the perfect ladder, everything I needed was included. It is easy to fold and light enough to carry.Few things wanted to mention, safety hook snaps into place automatically, ones you fully unfold the ladder. Hand rails could be removed they are not necessary, if you have tight storage space you will be able to squeeze anywhere around your garage or shed space. It is wide enough to move around and do the job, also pantry pockets is nice to have, you can put screws or tools in there.Good buy for the money.

in my 52 years, this is my very first owned myself ladder. I'm loving how sturdy it is.

Sturdy

Nice wide steps, awesome hand rails and coming down is effortless and safe. easy to carry and not all that heavy, comes with a place at the top step where you can hang your tool bag (included) .it's a nice addition to add to the family all the way around.1st time using it outside and now my neighbor wants one as well!!

I have balance issues and was very comfortable on this ladder, thanks to the handrails and the large steps. Attaching the handrails required installing four bolts and took two minutes at the most. The ladder is heavy, which adds to the stability.

The box came tore all up but the product was just fine. Assembly only took me minutes and it arrived in a timely manor.

It was no difficult to assemble but when stood up is was woobly, legs uneven in opposite sides . I was able to fix it up by adding pieces of cardboard (about 1/4 inch high) inside the rubber socks on bottom of these legs to stop the woobling and now legs are even lenths and is firm on the floor. It is an object to difficult to return as it was all wrapped up in plastic.Please be sure you messure the legs properly before is sent to someone else that could get hurt

I love the design it is excellent. However it is quite heavy so not easy for me to move it from location to location.

Un peut trop pesant et les montants semble fixé un peut a la vas vite, je pense que si une personne se fie a ces montants de cotés il vont briser ou plier assez facilement, ces montants sont juste assez pour monter et descendre pas plus, mauvaise fixations et donne du surpoids si au moins ils seraient solide !

Not Sturdy or Stable at all! No way it would safely hold the 330 pounds it was rated for. Nor were the steps wide as advertised.While it came right on time, was easy to attach the hand rails relatively easy to fold and not overly heavy. BUT it all came down to not being stable enough to use safely. I would return it if the box wasn't damaged by the postal system

Ladder arrived with two of its legs sticking out of the box. One of the rubber feet was missing. The box also had holes at the top and the box looked like it had been opened and sloppily closed up. Not well sealed at all. Package looked like it had been in a war zone.
