Can this be used in a pellet grill?

Yes! That’s all we’ve ever used it on. It fit perfectly and cooked great on our Camp Chef sg 24, which is a smaller pellet grill.

Is tray made out of 304 stainless steel?

It is stainless steel as are the skewers. They are easily cleaned after use especially if you use a kitchen spray to coat them before cooking. The juices that collect in the pan make a great basting liquid while cooking.

What is over all dimensions including handles? Must fit within my Nu wave oven which is just under 12"

Did the job, but only lasted one cook.
