Causes constiption
These bars taste great, however, each time I would have one bar in one sitting I would end up being constipated. For that reason, I will not repurchase.

Matcha Chai is my favorite but I love the other IQ flavors as well
I am an (recreational) endurance athlete and have never been able to find a bar that had the right mix of nutrition that also tasted really good and didn’t weigh me down. IQ Bar is honestly the first one that fits the bill. I love the matcha chai for breakfast and the almond butter chip as a snack/ during a workout / for dessert. The coconut chip is also really tasty and recently tried peanut butter chip which is also good. Love the diversity in flavors so you never get bored. These bars honestly filled a long-standing gap in my nutrition program. Love them!

BEST Flavor Yet
Best protein bars in the market. Ingredients are clean and on point. Good amount of protein to fill you up and some lion’s mane to light your brain up. Oh and the flavor on the matcha 👌Product was swiftly delivered. Fresh no melt.
