Where has this thing been all my life?
To say I love this simple tool is a total understatement. I keep it on my bedside table in plain view, and it has been there for weeks. From the moment I first tried it out, I have been in love. The ridges on the little beads massage the muscles in the middle of my back and work out the tension. I work at my computer all day and those beads are pure heaven. I can't say it enough. Get this gizmo. You will be so glad you did.

Roller is great, massager is not
The stick-like roller is great. Very sturdy but not too sharp. The wheels turn well. I tried it several ways and particularly liked rolling it up and down my lower to mid back. Thighs were also good, but be careful about the pressure on your shins and lower legs. Better to start with light pressure and increase as your personal tolerance dictates.The massager was a disappointment. It's more cheaply made and the only place it worked okay for me was my upper back. I had wanted to use it on my neck, but it's too wide. And while I thought the plastic bumpers along the rope might be good, they catch on my hair (even when it's pulled up and pinned out of the way). Depending on the angle I tried on my shoulders and back, they caught on my shirt too. I doubt I'll use the massager much.

instant relief
as soon as i start rolling this across my shoulders, i unonciously take in a nice deep soft breath and feel my body relax. i love this. i got it for my bottom to smooth out the dimples lol but it works for round surfaces very well. like your arms and legs and since its on string you can do it all yourself.
