Are the mint good? I heard they taste like thin mint girl svout cookies.

Been eating them for years/decades.  NOT delicious, but tasty enough ( a good thing to keep over eating down)
Started back in the gym days. Figured why eat something other than these bars. Nothing will have as much protein and fewer sugar/carbs than most real food.
Got addicted to pleasant flavor and the HUGE CIT IN MY FOOD BUDGET.

BTW while suffering typical youthful dementia thinking darn, I have a full time job and can only go to the gym before AND after word ... OMG What will I do.

Turned out the kinda non scientific and not even from a cheesy supermarket tabloid, did result it truly amazing changes in my once "gym body"
Unfortunately I suffer from complete blindness from seeing anything accurately in any mirror with respect to how fat or not in good enough shape.  But suddenly when I squeezed in a night out with friends at a lot cal cheezy bar, they would not make me wait an line & usher me to the front and let me in without any cover charge.
Missed seeing those days where a real gym body, however blind I am, seems to be confirmed by countless bars and by a frightened woman in the gym elevator - I guess I had such big muscles she was nervous.

Noe it's just food and having tried hundred's of scales, I got fat, turned 50 + WARMING AT 50 YEATS OLD - EVERYTHING ABOUT YOUR BODY GOES, AND GOES FAST (except for a man fat goes so fast and right to my belly) so not magic or Ozempia.
A gym body takes going to the gym ALL THE TIME.
But buy a box. You may not like the taste of flavor.  I do, but have a very very blend palet and taste. Not all that minty.

why so high in carbs is all protein bars high in carbs

Yes, there are a lot of carbs in this bar. I did the research and these bars have a higher protein-to-carb ratio than other bars on the market -- and they taste a lot better, too. They are part of my weight loss regimen that includes exercise and eating healthy. This is an after-workout treat.

Question 3

How can these be called Zone Perfect when they don't agree with the 1:1:1 Block ratio of the Zone Diet? Can someone explain? I am new to the diet so..

The bars I prefer are the chocolate almond raisin Zone Perfect bars.  They seem to be gluten free and I have a sensitivity to gluten.  In zone blocks, fat is 1.75, carbs is 2.44, and protein is 2.14.  The object of the Zone diet is to keep your blood sugar level even.  Eating fat does not affect your insulin level.  It is to keep you from getting hungry.  Although the carbs and protein are not exactly the same, they are close enough to keep you blood sugar and insulin from spiking.  Remember when you count carbs, subtract fiber because you don't metabolize it.

im not sure off hand but i believe so.    check out the site (pure strength) or (pure strength nutrition) and look into their ingredients.   honest to god....im only trying to help people make better informed choices for their healths and their childrens healths .     it was hard even on part of the club google to find a website that was real and and had real information on which bars were actually decent for you.   even raw rev brand is way better then cliff, quest, etc  and all the other part of the club bar crap brands.    i talked to the owner of pure strength bars at the OCR world championships last week and he was a very humble guy who seems to be trying to put out honest healthier bars.   and yes i dont think nutrition bars are the way to go but they are for sure the lesser of the evils.....thats the higher quality ones anyways
