I purchased these after reading on the benefits of CoQ10 for fertility. I bought these 3 months into trying (along with testing my urine daily for ovulation) and we are pregnant (12 weeks today!) 3 months later! I can’t say it’s exclusively because of this product but I still would recommend for both men and women for fertility egg quality and sperm motility. My fiancé and I are both mid 30s (him 35, me 37) and I do think adding CoQ10 to our conceiving plan was the right idea. Also, I have a tough time swallowing pills and these are small and easy to swallow - no weird after taste, neither of us experienced any dude effects. I’ve encouraged my fiancé to continue taking them because of the benefits but I have stopped as they are not recommended once you are pregnant.

These softgels were easy to swallow and there was no taste for me. I am on my second bottle. I read through most of the reviews and more people had good things to say about them than not. The shipping was fast and the packaging was not damaged. The softgels were not stuck together and there is no odor for me. I have been trying to convince my 3rd child and I am using these in hopes that they help me with egg quality and better fertility health. I have no side-effects while using them, however, these softgels have given me a boost of energy that I need. I will do another update soon.

Not only a most excellent accompaniment to our regular Vitamin K + D combo, it feels an awful lot like we've had a nice steak for dinner, breakfast, and lunch- that's saying quite a bit for those days where we've not been able to enjoy said steak (or fresh-locally sourced cuisines) so it definitely helps a lot, especially when access to fresh foodstuffs is limited, or when our diets end up varied enough to be lacking in coq10-packed powerhouses. While we're not reviewing the taste specifically, biting into one of the softgels to test how well oral absorbtion worked did not taste offensive, in the least. This is one of the best prices we've found on such a high quantity per serving & quality of coq10, and is a definite re-order for our future purchases. We're not sure whether we'd say this is a "night and day" difference, or just one of those 'missing pieces' we're not getting enough of in our diets, but they definitely get a big thumbs up from our fam!

Fertility update: I took these for Egg Quality for about 9 months (600mg daily). The 9 month timeframe was unintentional that’s just how long it took us to get around to IVF. 3 month minimum is recommended for egg quality though. I also did acupuncture with a focus on egg quality (kidneys). Results of round 1 IVF (did 2 back to back rounds). I had 5 eggs total, 4 fertilized, 3 became blastocysts, and 2 are euploid (chromosomally perfect) embryos. I’m still waiting to hear final results of round 2 but knowing how round 1 went I believe round 2 will be similar. :) I 100% believe these in combination with acupuncture and eating fertility promoting foods worked. If you’re struggling with fertility, take these and do the other things I mentioned as well. Previous Review: I take 2 daily (600mg) for fertility purposes. I have been taking them for about a month and a half now. I have not noticed any effects, good or bad. The size is easy to swallow. I take them with breakfast and don’t notice any strange flavors after the fact. They are pretty durable as I have tossed a couple into a zip lock bag and then into my purse and they survived without opening up. I will post an update later regarding egg quality if this did end up helping the way I hope they will. If you’re looking for CoQ10 this seems like a great option to take.

I did so for three reasons: First, it contains ubiquinol as opposed to ubiquinone as its active ingredient; second, it comes in a soft-gel capsule, which I believe promotes better absorption; and third, it is quite cost-competitive with other brands.
