The rest of the pack was great quality but this one isn't. The paint job is not great and the one eye was out of it. I tried to put it back in there but I cannot get it to fit back in. The kids were disappointed since wreck it Ralph is currently their favorite movie. Update: We messaged just play and explained what had happened and they sent us a replacement character. It came in about a week
